During this first Acroyoga SoLar Camp, Mélanie and Julien (certified and experienced teachers) accompany you on your flight to offer you a magical experience. With a tailor-made program: especially Acroyoga (transitions, washing machines, pops, inversions…) and also Yoga, Partner Yoga, Thai massage, meditation, singing, games, swimming pool…

Before diving into the deep Acroyoga Solar Camp, we open our doors on July 19 to welcome those who want more and those who can less ...

This will be the opportunity for you to reset the solar time.

We offer different types of workshops having for themes:

-the Fundamentals for a smooth discovery experience without pre-requisites

- advanced transitions and Washing Machine style with prerequisites…

PROGRAM (times may vary depending on circumstances)

Arrival on Saturday before 3 p.m.

Shuttle scheduled for Monteux station around 12 noon (5 € participation by reservation)

(lunch not included, possibility of lunch on reservation 15 €)

The first workshop starts on Saturday at 4 p.m.

Acroyoga Solar Camp ends Friday morning after including breakfast served at 9am.

Saturday morning: jam for those who are already present.

Possibility to arrive on Friday evening (meal and night extra).

1:30 p.m. - Buffet meal for those who have already arrived.

4 pm-7pm - Opening / practice circle

8 p.m. - Dinner

9 am-10am Friendly breakfast

11 a.m.-1 p.m. Solar Acroyoga and Vinyasa Flow

1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Friendly meal, Jam, Swimming pool, Care exchange,

4 pm-7pm Washing machine workshop or Acroyoga Lunaire workshop depending on the day

8 p.m. Friendly dinner

REQUIRED LEVEL

Mastery of basic postures: Bird, Back Bird, Throne, Star, Feet to Shin, Shin to Feet ... (possibility of setting solar time with the pre-course)

Star and Reverse Star.

Hold in inversion on the hands against the wall for more than 30 seconds

Regular sport practice.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are in the physical conditions required to practice Acroyoga in complete safety.

Le Mas Sage is in Sarrians, in the middle of the fields with a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux.

Avignon TGV main station (30min by car) connected to the nearest Monteux station (15min by car)

We organize shuttles according to the possibilities. We are arranging to take as many people as possible.Please make arrangements to arrive at the proposed times.

Train station fare:

10 € Avignon station

No shuttle possible during the course of the course. The taxi is at your expense.

PRICES AND CONDITIONS

* Early bird EB rate before April 1, 2018 / TN normal rate after April 1, 2018

~ Solo price: 690 € / EB | 830 € / TN (all included)

~ Duo rate (per person): 590 € / EB | 680 € / TN (this rate applies to couples, friends, family, who register and pay together). Double beds limited to 4 people, priority to couples in the order of registration.

These prices include:

Teaching and accommodation in a shared or double room equipped with a bathroom or a shower, as well as full board (3 meals per day).

cost of accommodation in room and full board: 320 € / EB | 365 € / TN

cost of camping accommodation (equipment not provided): 290 € / EB | 335 € / TN

In order to offer a global experience, this internship is exclusively residential.

reduced number of places available, priority given to people who are familiar with the configuration of Mas Sage.

Mission: Participate in logistics during the internship (storage, organization of equipment ...)

Course reserved for members of the Yogakula association.

Provide annual membership of 10 €

1 additional night with a meal and breakfast: 50 € / person.

It is important to us to offer accessible internships.

For this reason all participants are invited to give a helping hand when setting up meals and keeping the place running smoothly.

The reservation is validated upon receipt of a deposit of € 200.

Payment of the balance on site.

The transport costs are the responsibility of the participants.

Terms of cancelation :

* Up to one month before the start of the retreat, the reservation is due at 50%.

** For a cancellation less than one month before the start of the retreat or incomplete participation, the reservation is due in full.

No early departure can be reimbursed.
