You will be guided for an hour and a half by Melanie Lo, an experienced and certified teacher. She will guide you with joy in a dreamlike and fantastic universe: group yoga, massage, aerial yoga, flying carpet, fun guaranteed in complete safety.

A program that promotes confidence, benevolence, communication and strengthens tenderness and complicity between all.
