Number of participants limited for personalized follow-up.

Vegetarian meals (gluten-free on request) cooked on site using local, fresh and organic products from Ferme EnVie.

Mastery of basic postures: Bird, Back Bird, Throne, Star, Feet to Shin, Shin to Feet ...

Star and Reverse Star.

Hold in inversion on the hands against the wall for more than 30 seconds

Regular sport practice.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are in the physical conditions required to practice Acroyoga in complete safety.

Shuttle scheduled for Monteux station around 1 p.m. (€ 5 participation by reservation)

The first workshop starts on Friday at 3:30 p.m.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

Le Mas Sage is located in Sarrians, in the middle of the fields with a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux.

Avignon TGV main station (30min by car) connected to the nearest Monteux station (15min by car)

We organize shuttles according to the possibilities. We organize a shuttle to pick you up on Friday at 1 p.m. at Monteux station, our places are limited, please let us know if necessary.

Train station fare:

5 € monteux station

No shuttle possible during the course of the course. The taxi is at your expense.

The price includes:

- more than 20 hours of teaching, workshop and practice

- 3 great vegetarian meals per day (vegan and gluten-free options on request)

- accommodation in a shared room with bathroom / shower (2 to 5 people) double beds offered in priority to couples and at the duo rate.

- free access to the equipment of the farmhouse

this rate is valid for 2 participants registering on the same day and paying together. Double beds limited to 4 people, priority to couples in the order of registration.

Karma yoga prices 300 €, registration imperative before September 5th. Very limited places, priority for people who have already participated in an internship at MasSage.

Your mission: Participate and actively support the logistical organization of the retreat, upstream and on site. For transport and arrival and departure times we invite you to contact us.

The price does not include:

Transport costs at the expense of the participants.

Annual membership of 10 € to the Yogakula association.

The course is reserved for members.

By participating, you agree to respect the start and end times of the stay. No late arrival or early departure can be refunded / reduced. Thank you for your understanding.

In order to offer a global experience, this internship is exclusively residential.
