More than 21 hours of alternating practices: washing machines, L-base, yoga, partner yoga, inversions, balances, massages, flying therapies.

The number of participants is limited, in order to ensure a personalized follow-up.

Arrival on Friday 3 p.m.

Shuttle scheduled for Monteux station around 12 noon (5 € participation by reservation)

(lunch not included, possibility of lunch on reservation 12 €)

The first workshop starts around 4 p.m. / 4.30 p.m. depending on arrivals

Possibility to arrive on Thursday evening (meal and night extra).

1:30 p.m. - Buffet meal for those who have already arrived.

4 pm-7pm - Opening / practice circle

8 p.m. - Dinner

11 a.m.-1 p.m. Solar acroyoga workshop, vinyasa inversion / balance

1 p.m. to 4 p.m. free and friendly practice, jam, access to the pool house facilities, paddle, ping pong, massage table, hammock, trampoline, suspensions, feet up, treatment exchange, possibility of booking a massage with a professional (info and price on request)

4 pm-7pm Washing machine workshop

8 p.m. Friendly dinner

9 p.m. Two themed evenings

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

Le Mas Sage is in Sarrians, in the middle of the fields with a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux.

Avignon TGV main station (30min by car) connected to the nearest Monteux station (15min by car)

We organize shuttles according to the possibilities. We are arranging to take as many people as possible.Please make arrangements to arrive at the proposed times.

Train station fare:

10 € Avignon stations

No shuttle possible during the course of the course. The taxi is at your expense.

Nearest airport Marseille.

The transport costs are the responsibility of the participants.

- 3 super organic, fresh and local vegetarian meals per day (vegan and gluten-free options on request)

- Accommodation in a shared room with bathroom / shower (2 to 5 people) Double beds limited to 4 people, priority to couples in the order of registration.

-Free access to the equipment of the farmhouse outside of workshop hours

The duo rate applies to couples, friends, family. To take advantage of the duo rate, reservations must be made together on the same day.

Course reserved for members of the Yogakula association.

Provide annual membership of 10 €

1 additional night with a meal and breakfast: 50 € / person.

1 additional meal 12 € / person

It is important to us to offer accessible internships.

For this reason all participants are invited to give a helping hand when setting up meals and keeping the place running smoothly.

The reservation is validated upon receipt of a first payment of € 150 in Solo / € 300 in Duo. Payment of the balance on site on the first day of the course. The rate applied will be that in effect on the date of receipt of the deposit.
