The course starts on Friday at 6 p.m. and ends on Sunday at 6 p.m.

By participating you agree to do the 3 days and respect the start and end times of the course.

Possibility of arriving on Thursday evening.

A free practice will be organized on Friday morning for those planning to stay an extra night.

Be careful to adjust the shuttles, please plan to leave on Sunday after 6 p.m., thank you for your understanding.

With who?

Mélanie Lo is a certified Acroyoga, Partner Acrobatics and Yoga teacher. A pioneer in the development of the practice in France and Paris since 2009, her experience is recognized for bringing joyful moments and self-discovery to life. She teaches in a fun way, listening, respecting the body and the development of each. For more than 10 years, she has been teaching, massaging, touching, accompanying… Her approach is gentle and powerful. She draws inspiration from her many trainings and experiences. She also gives signature treatments, born from the fusion of restorative techniques of yoga, cardiac coherence, Chinese Tui Na massage, Thai massage and osteothaï.

Mélanie loves her tribe, her cats, cooking, dancing, cycling, outdoor activities, the piano, elephants, purple, walking, sunbathing ...

Where?

The farmhouse is located in the countryside, 20 minutes by car from Avignon in the town of Sarrians.

It is a comfortable and friendly place.

The shared rooms are all equipped with bathroom / shower.

This rate includes 1 additional nights as well as meals.

Mission: Participate and actively support the logistics organization on site.

You will be asked to help prepare the practice space, the meal space and lend a hand during the internship. Priority to participants who know the house.

30 € for 1 night in a room + 2 additional meals

To offer affordable prices, all participants are invited to prepare meals and keep the place running smoothly.

Reservation by payment of a deposit of 100 € online payment on the site www.acroyogaparis.com or by bank transfer to the Yogakula association.

Cancellation conditions:

* In the event of cancellation, the reservation is 100% due within one month of the start date of the course.

The reservation is due at 75% more than one month from the date of the course.

All participants must be a member of the Yogakula association with their up-to-date annual subscription (10 €).
